- Cut the Tofu into 1.5cm cube..
- Add the Tofu, water, soy sauce and miso in the frying pan and boil for a while..
- In a cup - Mix the corn starch and water together..
- Turn off the heat of frying pan. Add the corn starch and water in the frying pan little by little and mix..
- Taste and adjust with salt. You can add chili flakes..
- Add sesame oil and the slice of leek and Enjoy!.
